I have been a resident of Volusia County since 1958 when my father relocated us from New York to Florida in a surplus yellow school bus…yes, a yellow school bus!  After residing in Port Orange for 50+ years, I relocated to the lovely community of LPGA in Daytona Beach. During my 37-year career as a teacher, principal and district administrator with Volusia County Schools, I was recognized as Principal of the Year twice and ended my career in the dual roles of Coordinator for Employee Performance Assessment and Principal Intern Coordinator. For ten years, while working full-time for the school system, I served in a volunteer capacity as president of the Greater Daytona Chapter USA Dance, a national non-profit organization that promotes the many benefits of all types of dancing. Under my leadership, the Greater Daytona Chapter was twice recognized as National Chapter of the Year (of 170 chapters at the time), in part due to our successful beginning dance lesson program featured in American Dancer magazine, the official magazine of USA Dance. I also served in volunteer leadership positions for USA Dance at the state and national levels.

During my years as a REALTOR/Broker Associate with Adams Cameron & Co REALTORS, I have successfully handled more than 125 transactions including residential homes and condos, commercial offices and vacant land. I have worked with buyers in a wide variety of financing solutions including conventional mortgages, FHA, VA, HUD, and, of course, cash.
